Binding Agreement

One Account Per Player

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute the entire and exclusive legal framework governing your access to and use of the joy baji platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, payment features, and support channels available at joy-baji.com and any related subdomains or applications (collectively, "the Platform"). The Terms apply to every user, visitor, registered player, and any person who interacts with the Platform in any capacity.

- Payment ownership: Any payment method used to deposit or withdraw funds on the Platform must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
- No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from joy baji or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or during active play.
Age Verification: joy baji reserves the right to request identity documentation at any stage — including before processing withdrawals — to verify a player's age, identity, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of joy baji services — including deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is ongoing in order to protect your funds.
Know Your Customer (KYC): joy baji may request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including — but not limited to — before processing a withdrawal, when a significant deposit is made, or if unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

- All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team following KYC verification.
- joy baji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount or the player's account history.

Bonus & Promotional Terms
joy baji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spin campaigns, cricket-season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds — and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms page.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated per promotion.
- Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated in the promotion terms and begin from the date the bonus is credited to your account.
- One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a second bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at joy baji's discretion.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on joy baji, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every player without exception. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held within the account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information at registration and update your account details promptly whenever a change occurs.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

You must not:
- Register more than one account or use another person's account, regardless of that person's consent.

- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any aspect of the Platform's software, game logic, random number generation, or security measures.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
- Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
- Engage in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit transaction made to your joy baji account without first raising the matter directly with our support team.
- Post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content on the Platform that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where joy baji determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the violation, forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings, and withhold any withdrawal pending investigation. Legal action may be pursued where criminal conduct is involved.
Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate the closure of a player account under the circumstances described in this section. Account closure is distinct from self-exclusion, which is addressed under the Responsible Gaming Policy and constitutes a voluntary protective measure rather than a disciplinary action.
Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your joy baji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your last verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Platform-initiated suspension or closure: joy baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
- Suspicious financial activity, potential fraud, or AML concerns are identified on the account.
- A valid court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement directive requires the suspension or closure of the account.
- The account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
In the event of a platform-initiated closure due to suspected fraud or Terms violation, joy baji reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately held balance will be returned. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Platform and all of its content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While joy baji makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates correctly and continuously, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of security vulnerabilities. Planned and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joy baji expressly disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall joy baji, its directors, employees, agents, or technology partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- joy baji is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or profits arising from technical faults, network outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside our direct control.
- In the event of a manifest error — including a game error that results in an incorrect payout — joy baji reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct any resulting balance discrepancy, regardless of whether funds have already been credited.
- joy baji does not accept liability for losses arising from the use of the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party service providers (e.g., game studios, payment processors). joy baji is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of these third parties.
- joy baji's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which joy baji operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. By using the Platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of joy baji to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in respect of any future breach.
